Strong Philadelphia Showing At GovFresh Awards

Out of 16 categories, Philadelphia projects won or were runner up nine times in the 2011 GovFresh awards.  It is fantastic to be a part of rethinking and acting upon new thoughts that bring people together for true citizen benefit.
